Peanut Sauce (V/GF)

Starting the weekend off with a Thai Inspired Flatbread featuring my Homemade Peanut Sauce!

This is definitely something I could eat everyday and never grow tired of. It’s insanely delicious. The peanut sauce adds the perfect, mildly sweet flavor to this savory dish.

However, this sauce has many more uses. It can easily make any ordinary dish extraordinary! I love using it as a creamy element for tacos, a dressing for salads and a dip for veggies. It’s also super easy and quick to make!! Within just a few minutes you could upgrade any meal.

  • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream or milk
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (I use Aardvark)


  1. In a food processor, process ingredients together until smooth. Serve immediately as a sauce to flatbread, noodles, salads, etc. Enjoy! Store leftover is the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
