
The juicy, sweetness of the peaches, tang of the balsamic, spicy bitterness of the arugula and the creaminess of the avocado make one hell of a flavor combination for this flatbread! Best of it all, it comes together in just minutes and only requires 5 ingredients!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly oil a cast iron pan.
Wash peaches and then slice them down the middle and carefully pull the halves apart. Remove the pit and then slice the peach halves.
Bake peaches for 10 minutes on each side.
Warm up flat-breads, top with a thick layer of smashed avocado, fresh arugula and then the peaches. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve. Enjoy!
