
Homemade candy bars made with 3 ingredient dark chocolate and 2 ingredient caramel!
Heat coconut sugar and coconut cream in a small sauce pan. Stir often to dissolve the coconut sugar.
Let caramel simmer for about 10 minutes. Let mixture cool to thicken. Store covered in refrigerator until ready for use.
To make the caramel nut bars, follow chocolate recipe from previous post. Freeze chocolate until firm, about 10 minutes. Remove from freeze and add a layer of caramel to the top of each bar. Top then off with sliced almonds and let freeze for the remaining 20 minutes.
Remove from freezer and enjoy!!
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
