Chocolate Chia Pudding (V/GF)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened non dairy milk (I use almond milk)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup (only 1 tbsp is necessary but it IS more delicious with 2)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder (Addictive Wellness Brand) *see notes
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Optional blueberries and/or strawberries (to top)
  • Optional cacao nibs (to top)

Instructions

  1. Simply add the ingredients together in a glass or a mason jar and seal the lid tight. Shake vigorously. Let sit for 10 minutes, giving it a shake every minute or so. Transfer to the refrigerator to let set for 3-4 hours.
  2. Top pudding with optional berries and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
