Smoothie bowls are without a doubt my favorite way to sneak in a bunch of nutrients.
A good example is this Chocolate Banana Smoothie Bowl!
It has three packed cups of spinach in it!! That’s a whole lot of nourishment! It’s amazing how much spinach you can add to a smoothie without it being that noticeable.
There’s also vegan chocolate protein powder, frozen bananas and frozen blueberries in this deliciousness.
It’s topped with gluten-free granola, fresh blueberries, chia seeds, coconut shreds and cacao nibs, which are all nutrient-rich superfoods!
It’s cold, thick and creamy texture and yummy flavors will make you think you’re eating ice cream but, unlike eating ice cream, you’ll feel light on your feet and energized after eating a bowl of this!
