Summer in nearing an end and I’m doing everything I can do enjoy that last few weeks of it!
These Pineapple Basil Ice Cream Pops are definitely my favorite way to cool off during summer months. With there tropical flavors, they’re also a great way to hold on to the summer feels!
They’re cold, deliciously creamy and super refreshing. They also only take five ingredients and just 10 minutes to make!! That’s my kind of homemade treat!
These Coconut Cream based ice cream treats are naturally sweetened with maple syrup and fresh pineapple. They’re infused with fresh basil and a touch of lime juice to give them the most enjoyable tropical flavors!
Pineapple Basil Ice Cream Pops (V/GF)
These Coconut Cream based ice cream treats are naturally sweetened with maple syrup and fresh pineapple. They're infused with fresh basil and a touch of lime juice giving them the most enjoyable tropical flavors!
Ingredients
- 1 can full fat coconut cream
- 1 cup fresh pineapple , chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil , finely chopped
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
Instructions

Combined all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle container and freeze over night.

When ready to eat, remove from freezer and run the bottom end with the handle under hot water for 30 seconds. Then remove popsicle from mold and enjoy!!
