I’m obsessed with fruit salsa! I’ve made Watermelon Cantaloupe Salsa, Strawberry Jalapeño Salsa and my Tropical Salsa before but, I must say, this Cranberry Apple Salsa is definitely my favorite!
It’s made with fresh cranberries, apples, red and green onion, jalapeño, cilantro, fresh ginger, fresh orange juice, a touch of sugar and cumin! The flavors don’t quick!!
I usually devour it up with some tortillas, but I’ve also made some stellar tacos with it. Honestly though, I could totally eat this salsa up with just spoon and be a happy girl!
